LO2: Be able to scope and plan content for a personal media profile.

This assignment will show my scoped work and identify the attributes and characteristics to assess the suitability for inclusion of my personal media profile. I will document the suitability for conversion and compression as well as documenting the proposed target audience for my media profile and how this is made to be as inclusive for all users.

The first outcome I produced throughout my digital media course was a 6-minute promotional video for Sine FM, which was filmed and produced by me, and it was edited by Mac Gallagher, who was a student on my course. The video was for Sine FM to show to their sponsors and others who were interested in sponsoring why they should sponsor the station. Throughout the pre-production process I used my time management skills to work within the time frame given, this means we had to come with questions to ask the radio DJ's and then also finding time to be able to film them. This took a while to get started but once we had figured everything out, we then began to film. While doing this project I was working with Mac Gallagher to help me ask the question and then also edit the film.

I have thought this was a suitable to include on my personal media profile for many reasons, one of which being it can demonstrate my skills virtually and show the potential employers that I can create and produce what I have wrote down in my personal statement. It also gives a clear indication of my knowledge of the software and what is expected of me. Moreover, as we recorded a large video this will need to be compressed to save space on the web and send to potential employers.



 As you can see from the video above, we sent the DJ’s and reporters a set of questions and asked them to record themselves answering the questions. Once we had finished the filming, we then had to edit the footage using Adobe Premiere 2020. This work clearly shows my skills of Adobe products which helps compliment my personal statement
